Digital Products from the Shop
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales from The Creatives Desk template shop are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on individual Canva template purchases.
However, if you encounter a technical issue with a product that cannot be resolved (such as a broken link or missing file), please reach out – we’re always happy to help and will work with you to fix any problems as quickly as possible.
Email us at support@thecreativesdesk.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
The Creatives Desk Content Membership
The Content Membership is a subscription-based program that gives you instant access to a growing library of professionally designed Canva templates, including social media posts, reels, carousels, Stories, and more. By joining, you agree to a recurring payment – either monthly or annually – depending on the plan you select at checkout.
Your membership will renew automatically unless you cancel before your next billing date. You can cancel at any time via your account settings to prevent future payments.
Annual Membership Renewals
If your annual plan renews and you no longer wish to continue, you may request a refund within 7 days of the renewal date. To request this, please email hello@thecreativesdesk.com with your account details and the subject line “Annual Renewal Refund Request.” Refunds will not be granted after this 7-day period.
