This is an instant download, which means your files will be available for download immediately after your payment is confirmed. You will see a DOWNLOAD button on the payment page, and we will also send you a download link via email.
If you haven’t received your order, please first check your spam or junk folder, as sometimes confirmation emails can end up there. Check your Social and Promotions tabs if you use Gmail. Your membership is billed automatically via MemberVault. Depending on your plan, payments are charged monthly or annually. Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from MemberVault.
You can cancel or pause your membership at any time through your MemberVault account. Simply log in, go to your membership settings, and follow the prompts to manage your subscription. Once cancelled, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
To update your payment information, log in to your MemberVault account, navigate to your billing settings, and update your credit card or payment method.
Invoices and receipts for your membership payments are available in your MemberVault account. Go to your billing section to view and download past invoices anytime.
