However, please note that the templates themselves cannot be resold or redistributed as template files. They are intended as tools to help you create original designs for your clients.
Can I sell designs created with your templates?
Yes! You can sell designs, products, or projects that you create using our templates, as long as the final work is your own unique creation. You cannot sell the original template file itself or claim it as your own product.
Do I need to be signed up with Canva Pro?
No, you don’t need to have a premium account, they can easily used on the FREE Canva account.
How long do I have access to the templates?
You get lifetime access to all of them, plus free updates… even if the price for the set has increased.
Can I customize these templates to match my brand?
Yes! Canva offers countless design features that make customizing your templates very easy. You’ll be able to easily change the colors, fonts, images and other design elements to match YOUR brand.
Orders & Customer Service FAQs
How do I get (download) my purchase after I've paid for it?
This is an instant download, which means your files will be available for download immediately after your payment is confirmed. You will see a DOWNLOAD button on the payment page, and we will also send you a download link via email.
I didn’t receive my order email - what should I do?
If you haven’t received your order, please first check your spam or junk folder, as sometimes confirmation emails can end up there. Check your Social and Promotions tabs if you use Gmail. If it isn’t there, please send us an email to support@thecreativesdesk.com with your purchase information, and we will be happy to assist you.
What’s your refund policy?
Since our templates are digital products, all sales are final and we don’t offer refunds. Please refer to our Return and Refunds policy.

I need new content regularly - can you help?
Absolutely! If you want fresh, done-for-you content delivered to you every month, my Content Membership would be perfect for you. You’ll get new templates, captions, and content ideas ready to customize and share – making it easy to stay consistent and keep your audience engaged!
How does billing work?
Your membership is billed automatically via MemberVault. Depending on your plan, payments are charged monthly or annually. Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from MemberVault.
How do I cancel or pause my membership?
You can cancel or pause your membership at any time through your MemberVault account. Simply log in, go to your membership settings, and follow the prompts to manage your subscription. Once cancelled, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I update my billing details?
To update your payment information, log in to your MemberVault account, navigate to your billing settings, and update your credit card or payment method.
Where can I download invoices?
Invoices and receipts for your membership payments are available in your MemberVault account. Go to your billing section to view and download past invoices anytime.
